I set up Away Forward Together to provide Trauma Informed Training and Consultancy because:
Trauma impacts everybody: individuals, teams, and organisations in ways we often don’t see. I believe in creating spaces that encourage understanding, resilience, and meaningful change. Through Away Forward Together, I am passionate about helping you and your businesses, leaders, and professionals integrate trauma-informed practices into their work and communities, because when we lead with empathy, we create stronger, healthier environments for all.

Elle trained a group of multi-agency community providers in Trauma Informed approaches. There were partners from several community groups such as youth work providers, Cricket and Skateboarding organisations and Community Action Isle of Wight.
